Owen just shook his head at her response. He took his eyes off of the crying female and walked away. Yes it was a good thing that this world's version of himself wasn't alive.
It allowed him a little bit of freedom he wouldn't have otherwise had.
However, it was still hard to hear that you didn't make it. He walked away from John and Tosh and headed for the pier. He headed for the water.
As far as he could tell he was home when he looked out at this. The wind rushed past his face and he was back home, looking at the waters he'd always come up from The Hub and looked at. But he couldn't hold the woman back there crying like he would have his wife. This was not his home.
