Moving away from the open area you find a tiny area set up as a kitchen, with a gap between to store the canned food acting as a corridor.

Now he went white, flinching back a step and bumping into the table. "I didn't say that." Snap dropped his ball, and looked up, coming to his feet instantly and moving over to look up at his master, then sitting next to him, leaning against DP's leg as he looked at Kara. DP automatically reached down to rub ears, then dropped his plate for Snap to clear before turning away to pick up the pan of meat and carrots. Shoulders tense, and his eyes averted, he asked, very respectfully, "You want this?"
