He hesitated a moment, then, finally, left his post by the door, Snap following silently a few steps behind. Shrugging his pack off his shoulder, DP unzipped the top of it, and pulled out a tennis ball. "...show me where to set up the fire and then keep Snap out of the bannocks until they're cooked?" He offered her the ball.
Snap's tail came up at the sight of the worn, green sphere, and he began to wag, front feet prancing in place with delight, his broad jaws gaping in a delighted grin. DP smiled at him, then glanced at the others. "...if you don't mind?"
