Who: Hades & Persephone What: The start of something new? When: Monday afternoon Where: Prince Tea House, Manhattan Warnings: Likely none
Persephone was tired. The world was marching on toward winter, and here she was, trying to follow a set a rules she wasn't sure she needed to anymore. The world under Nyx seemed well suited to the Iron Queen, and had less and less of a place for Kore.
And truthfully, that was alright with her. She didn't know what sort of woman she might have been if Hades hadn't taken her, but Demeter hadn't raised a wilting flower. Persephone was a rose with steel thorns, and if she wanted to meet her husband for tea, then by the Fates, she would. Who would stop her?
And so she sat in the Manhattan tea shop, sipping chai and eating from a plate of biscotti. Waiting for Hades.
