And I'm working on getting the cast pages done. Gel had her baby and living in a house with a two week old makes things INCREDIBLY hectic. Especially while I was working at the fair and her mom was here for two weeks staying in my room to help her. SO yeah. I'm in the midst of catching up. I SWEAR!

EDIT: Also, I've gone through the friend all button and removed a lot of the dead weight so that it doesn't take as long when running it. Unfortunately some of the journals in the game STILL haven't caught up on button usage so they may have to run the remove all button at the bottom of the page then run the friend all to make sure they have the current cast of characters.

Just a quick note to say that adds will be done tomorrow. Today was an incredibly hectic day and my mind just can't focus enough this late.

Just a couple mod notes now that I have some times on my hands from somehow gaining a life? Don't ask me how I did it but I did.

~ I added a button to the friend all page that allows you to defriend everyone if you've decided to leave the game but use the journal for something else. I've noticed that a lot of dropped charries have gone elsewhere with the same ones so have an easy button.

~ Please wait to change PB's until it has been given mod approval. While we normally don't care who you chose to PB the person might be unavailable for one reason or another.

Just letting everyone know that today I will be getting back to modly duties, having moved and stuff things have been a bit hectic and while they still are I have a lot more time on my hands now.

Adds and removals shall be done later after getting a kitty for my aunt so long as my friend doesn't come over, if he does then they will be done later in the evening.

** I'm going to start removing people for inactivity. There are some that haven't played since we moved over here to IJ. As you might have noticed one person was already removed today. Judi, Amy, Whitney & Ashley K all have one week to start being active or you and your characters will be removed from the game. If you happen to talk to any of these please let them know they are in danger of being removed, if they are no longer interested in the game please let me know or have them IM me.

** Please please please! Start interacting with all the new people in the game. We don't want them to feel left out. Reach out and IM them, plot with them. I've talked with both and they are two incredibly awesome people! Lets not be one of those games that makes new people feel unwelcomed! I know you all can do it.

The new journal/asylum layouts are up. Check them out from top to bottom (I still have to add links but I"ll do that when I get on again later) and let me know what you think!

I was bored last night so all the game journals are the same now, I'm looking for a layout that will work on IJ and be good for all of the journals at the same time but so far I've come up empty handed (ask Mseh, I kept linking her). Right now its a basic S2 style until I can find something better, you can still view tags with the nifty link at the top, and the entire page isn't scrolling because of the massive list. The new color is blue in case no one noticed. LOL. I'll do more tomorrow.

We have Four new characters in the game today! Two of which have been brought in my new players! Joey has brought in Flounder and Diana has brought in Nike so please welcome them to the game and give them lots of plot and options of which to play! Lena has brought in Saturday's Child and Erato so make sure to give her some plot love as well.

There is one character revamp! Lindsay has changed Brigette Porter from Little Bo Peep to Isolde, give her some love as well!

Just thought I'd let anyone who was interested know that I updated the info pages for the mod journal and the asylums of this here game. I thought we needed a bit of change, and maybe something more eye catching. Each page has different pictures (courtesy of Disney and Annie Leibovitz) on it because there were too many pictures to choose from.

I'm also going to be updating the rules and other informative pages for the changes that have happened since opening a year ago. (WOO!)

Alright, so tonight is LPA prom and I have a few things to post in response to this!

THE WEATHER! I looked at two different websites (the weather channel being one of them) and it looks as if tonight things are going to be rather interesting for getting ready/going to prom and I quote: Scattered thunderstorms during the evening. Partly cloudy skies after midnight. Low 47F. Winds WNW at 10 to 20 mph. Chances of rain 50%.

THE SPIKED PUNCH! I'm going to say that no one was caught actually spiking the punch, because I honestly can't say what the punishment would be for something like that. I will however say that the punch was caught after it was spiked and was taken off the table and replaced with something else (bottled water?) since they can't exactly not supply something to drink for the kiddies. If you wanted your kid to get caught spiking the punch come talk to me and we'll work something out. I'm not opposed to it happening but it has to be done the right way.

THE PROM QUEEN! Jennifer 'Jenny' Fielding. She is probably one of the most well known and liked girls in the school. Jennifer is in a wheelchair due to her muscular dystrophy and many students at the school watched her go from using standing frames and getting around on her own to needing the wheelchair. She probably has the most sunny disposition in the entire school and as said before no one in the school dislikes her, if they do they keep it a secret because of the many friends she has to stand up for her. [[I took this from a real life experience at my friends school with their prom. The name was changed obviously but it's the same outline.]]

THE PROM KING! Anthony 'Tony' Mason. An all around good guy, very athletic with good grades and the boy next door charm. He is the best catcher the baseball team has had in ages, an amazing wrestler, and great at basketball. Voting for Prom King was pretty tight and he just barely squeaked into the winning spot by five, maybe six votes.

THE THEME/DECORATIONS/DINNER/PICTURES! Gabby was nice and made a post about prom decorations and scheduled events Here so take a look at that if you have any questions.

CHAPERONS! So far this is the list of chaperons I have, I'm going to say that there was a sort lack of parents able to volunteer for it so the faculty was asked to find some extra help, therefore they can have dates.

DRESSES AND THE LIKE! I think it would be easiest if those of us who had pictures of the stuff our kids/chaperons were wearing just posted them in a comment below that way we don't all have to go scrolling through a ton of entries to try and see something. I know that there might be an issue with dresses and such like that seeing as it is high school and we all know how LPA loves the drama. Just make sure to list the characters name with a link to the outfit in the comment so that everyone knows. If you don't have any outfits in mind don't worry, this is just a convenience thing. I know some of you love to have visuals, as do I.

All holds have been held and renewed until the 28th of this month. There are a few people that have had the same holds up on the page for a month or longer, therefore on the 28th if these applications are not in the holds will be taken off and put up for grabs. I don't want to do this but I no longer want the holds page being clogged with holds that aren't being filled. So unless you talk to me before then or turn your application in holds expiring on that day will be removed.

Hello, Ladies and Jellyspoons,

In order to help out Amber and Gel with keeping things nice and tidy around here, and to maybe clear up some OOC posts, I, Lindsay, have made a Wanted List for us. Basically, it's pretty simple. Just use the little form that I used, and comment. I'll post them up there as you guys comment. Or if you just want to add a tale or PB, just comment saying you would just like this tale or PB in game, and I'll add them. When the SL has been filled, it would be really divine if you simply comment saying that line has been filled, and I'll take it down.

Hey, guys - I just updated the holds page and did some cleaning up on the text PB list. I noticed some PBs that had been dropped that we missed in prior updates, so if you could all do me a favor and take a look and let me know if you have an approved PB who isn't on the lists or one that you dropped that's still on there? I would really appreciate it.

Also, there were a handful of expired holds, so please double-check the holds page to make sure your hold is listed up there.
