12:59p - You can get an apointment, come on. Use it!
Who: Eddie/Sarah and Open
What: Eddie’s asked for Sarah to come and see him again for just a chat this time. Also the notices has gone out that he wants the survivors just to come and see him when convenient for a simple check up.
Where: Infirmary
When: 14:34
Warnings: None
Summary: ….

Eddie had gathered himself some memory cards and had been working basically through the night gathering information on pregnancy, child birth and child rearing for Sarah. Then he’d written it down in to basic English because quite frankly, it was so long winded and pompous he found it hard to take it seriously. He only hoped he knew this was him trying to help and not forcing her to look after the baby! Maybe he did just meddle? He waited patiently though. He’d be here all day pretty much anyway.

1:01p - A splash o'paint and it'll be as good as new
Who: Leigh and Open
What: Leigh has been given a job to do and is quite content doing it.
Where: Corridors
When: 11:45
Warnings: ?
Summary: ….

Leigh looked up at the new panel that had been fitted a few months earlier and never been painted. Well, everyone was too busy keeping the ship running to worry about the homely factor. They’d worry about that when they picked up all of their things from storage.

So she’d been given a list of random little jobs that could do with doing with the instructions of, ‘heck, if it keeps you out of the way and makes you happy, go, do whatever.’ She’d taken that to mean that the tasks were actually needing to be done, but the Captain just didn’t want to make it seem like she was forcing Leigh to work. Her naivety helped her at times. So she had borrowed a uniform and slipped that on and took the lid off of the paint can and sighed. What was the fascination of keeping the insides of ships walls a horrible pale grey colour? Couldn’t they be brighter and happy? Less claustrophobic and depressing? At least it wasn’t a dull grey. She sighed and fumbled about trying to attach the spray can and the paint together and experiencing some difficulty.
