Who: Logan, Tess, MyGie
When: Wednesday night, Tess back from New York.
Why: That whole, uh, drunken monkey kissy face thing LoLo did.
Warning: Language. LoLo hopes for girl on girl action.

"So that's what it's like fucking a super model." Logan gave Tess a grin, propping himself up agains the headboard of his bed with a pillow behind him. It was late, getting close to Tess's curfew, and Logan enjoyed the play of shadow and light over Tess's still naked form. He reached out a hand and stroked Tess's back, laughed at the way she leaned into his hand and gave a fake purr.

His phone beeped once, announcing a text message, and he rolled out of bed, finding boxers and jeans before grabbing the phone. MyGie. OK 2 come over? Logan made a face, snuck a look at Tess, and quickly texted back. fine. party pooper. He knew Tess would be mad, and had been enjoying her enthusiasm at being home. "MyGie's coming over, sweet ass," he said, going back to the bed and putting his arms around her. "Better get dressed."

Tess was fairly certain she could still get out of having to follow curfew, especially after being gone three days, so she wasn't in a rush, made a pouty face at Logan before sighing. "You invited my BFF over before the finale? So not cool, Galaholls." Rolled out of his bed to shimmy into her underwear, pausing lazily to scratch her shoulder, sneaking a playful little grin at him before finishing dressing.

"Also, I think "supermodel" refers to those who walk runways, babe. I just do print ads." Settled back in his bed her her arms folded behind her head, sighing.

	Rene waited a few minutes after getting Logan's text before heading over. She wanted to give them plenty of time to get dressed. The butterflies were killing her as she parked in the driveway and walked out back to the pool house. Knocking on the door, she waited for the all clear to come in. "Allo?" Logan quickly pulled his shirt over his head, before sliding open the door to greet Myrene. He was still uncomfortable as hell around her, kept kicking himself over Sunday night. What bothered him more his diarrhea of mouth, telling MyGie he was falling in love with Tess.

"Mygie," he said as she stepped in the door. "Bring anything to nosh? I'm starved." Led the way back into the poolhouse, flopped down on the bed next to Tess again. "Tess came over with nothing but herself. Doesn't care I'm a poor growing boy with nothing to eat." He was a little manic, nervous, couldn't stop himself from rambling.

Tess glanced up at him and reached to tweak his ear playfully. "You weren't bitching about that while I was fucking your brains out, plus we're at your house, send someone to grocery shop if you don't have anything, jeez."

She didn't bother sitting up but waved playfully. "Hey girlfriend lover, you're next. Sorry if it wreaks of fabulous sex in here. He missed me."

	Rene rolled her eyes and wrinkled her nose. "Nope, didn't bring anything to eat. We can always go out and grab a bite, if you'd like." Logan decided the best course of action was just to shut up for a moment, and he quietly got up and snagged a couple of beers from the fridge. "Tess, hey." He handed one to her, sat down again, and handed the other to Rene. "Hmm. Hey, Tess. Know my ass monkey reference? There's a certain reason I'm an ass monkey this time around."

He leaned back, scratched nervously at his neck. "Sunday night? Went out to Dog Beach, ya know. Got seriously shit faced." Stupid tapes and stupid Duncan trying to make him grow up. Thank God that hadn't worked out. "MyGie came to give me a ride home, and... things got fucked up and I kissed her. MyGie." He rubbed his hands on his thighs, snuck a peek at Tess. "It didn't mean anything... just me being a jerk and wishing it was you."

Tess had been mid-sip the beer, and would have choked had she not consciously told herself not to. The slowly set the bottle down, her eyes lowered as she tried to process that. MyGie. . .I kissed her. . .

Tess swallowed hard past a familiar painful urge in her throat, her stomach knotting up in a wave of nausea. He'd been cool as a cucumber, got her to sleep with him and now he was dumping this on her? All that time in New York thinking about coming back to him. . . Her eyes filled with warm tears, jaw shaking as she tried to repress them, unable to say anything in response.

	Logan raised his hand, then let it drop. "She has a hell of right hook." Tried for lighthearted, but Tess did not look up. "I'm sorry, Tess. You know I love Mygie like a sister, there's nothing between us." He raised his hand again, took a chance and put his arm around Tess's shoulder. Tess yanked out of his grasp, took a few steps away. She couldn't handle that, the cherry on top of what was already a shitty school year.

There's only one way to leave, and being left isn't it.

Finally turning to look at him she let him see the tears striped down her cheeks, her brows furrowed at him. "I don't love you anymore." She said in a shaky voice, moving to the door. "Goodbye." She opened it and walked hurriedly out, the tears coming quicker as she dug in her jeans for the keys to Henry's car.

Tess was reeling at that, couldn't handle hearing it, from Myrene, no less. Moved half shoving past her and paused once behind her. "I'm moving in with my Mom in Phoenix." Swallowed. "So seriously, goodbye." Finally managed to take out the keys with shaking hands, hurried for the car, freedom just beyond her when she reached it, passing Logan one last angry face before making it around the house.

Yeah, stand there and watch, asshole. Good riddance.

Logan finally unfroze as Tess rounded the corner, came up behind Mygie and gave her fast pat on the shoulder as he passed. It was just a stupid kiss, didn't enjoy it much cause he was drunk and wanted Tess, nearly got a fucking black eye over it. And she's moving to Phoenix? Shit.

He came around the house just as Tess was opening the car door. He called to her, ran up to the back of her car. "Tess. Just stop for a moment. Don't do this to Mygie, okay? I was the ass monkey. I'm sorry. Sorry I hurt you."

Tess paused with her back still to him, grasping the top of the car door in one hand, the roof in the other, keeping herself steady. It might not have been so bad had it been some random person, but Rene was her best friend, the reason she had any other friends there.

"I'll be calling MyTai and coming to see her when I come see Henry and Shawn. Don't worry about it."

"Uh, well, I am kinda worried about it." He came up around the car to stand behind her, put his hand on the car's roof. "This social arrangment we have? Really floats my boat right now. Rocks my socks. Whatever." He shook his head, groaning inside. Yeah, like this would ever win her over. Just open your mouth and fucking tell her, Echolls. "So. I fucked up. Tell me what to do to unfuck it, Tess. Anything."

You say it and stop using her as your freaking messenger.

Tess swallowed most of her anger to calmly address him, kept her eyes averted, voice soft. "I don't think you can unfuck this, Logan. Without a time machine." Not that you have a lot of room to talk considering you slept with Josef. Although you were actually broken up when that happened. "You ever pull anything like this again and I swear to God. . ."

The way she trailed off gave Logan hope, and he covered her hand with his own where it lay on the roof of the car, fingers between hers. "I'm not going to, it was stupid and I'm not gonna risk hurting you or Myrene again." He glanced over at Rene, her stricken face. "I promise, Tess." His voice was soft, and he leaned slightly into her space, mouth near her ear. "You mean too much to me, babe. Sorry."

	That helped, a lot and she nodded, swallowing the rest of the bad to pull her hand down and slide her arms around him, settling her cheek into his chest for a while in a hug before tipping back to press a soft kiss to his mouth, both corners of it before hanging on to him again sighing.
