Hi, and thank you! Sorry this took me a while to get back to you, I've had a really busy week and I kept forgetting.

To do a fake, lj-cut, create the text how you want it, and do a standard hyperlink to the same entry. So, if I'm linking to Castiel's journal, I put in the quote I want to use, and link to http://thelostangel.insanejournal.com/378.html.

Then, underneath that, I add this bit of code:

^ This creates the LJ-cut but hides it, so your link can stand in for the default formatting!
