Tonks stretched her fingertips across the desk, nodding quietly to him as her hopes and suspicions were confirmed by his words. At least -something- was going to go right in this wretched week. She opened the folder, looking down to the pages tiredly. If either of them were particularly observant, she was no longer wearing her wedding ring. But then perhaps she just forgot to put it on this morning. People have made stranger mistakes.
She silently looked over the information encased in the folder, her expression business like and utterly professional, hiding any other emotions that might wish to creep around the edges. She finally nodded quietly Gawain's direction, "Good. Thank you, sir. But yes, I am curious how you are going to get around your boss' no doubt disapproval of your choices."
