Terence tugged her, and they were instantly moved to the restaurant. Her lips had been dangerously close to his in her apartment, but Terence didn't want her sitting through the whole dinner with romantic notions running wild through her head. He squeezed her waist quickly before he excused himself to chat with the maitre d'.
"This way, love, there's a table waiting for us in one of the more private areas," Terence said as he placed a hand at the small of her back, guiding her to the table he'd requested at the back of the restaurant. Once they were there, his fingers slipped over her shoulders to remove her cover and place it on the back of her chair. Terence took his seat across the table from her as soon as Janelle was settled across from him.
"The menu was fantastic the last time I was here, but it seems that it's changed, only for the better, I believe," Terence said as he gave it a once over. Several of the more basic dishes had vanished, replaced with more elegant and extravagant offerings. Terence smirked, wondering if the Grotto had properly disposed of the muggleborn chef that had once been in charge of the kitchen.
"You look fantastic tonight, as usual," Terence commented before he ordered a bottle of wine for them to share. "Are you trying to impress me, Janelle?" he asked with interest.
