Terence quirked an eyebrow at her statement, she was more bold than he'd really expected her to be. "I'll remember that, perhaps for a more convenient time. I couldn't have you greeting your other guests all flushed after you've taken such care with your appearance this evening," Terence said with a smile. He took the opportunity to brush a stray lock of hair behind her ear. Besides that, she looked perfect.
"At least you're doing something that you like, the Prophet is the only respectable paper we've got going, and there are certainly things for you to do there if you want a career out of it," he said. Terence had nearly finished his glass of wine, so he set it aside. He didn't want to have too much before the others showed up.
"What sort of a reward would you enjoy?" Terence asked, not yet promising or agreeing to anything.
