Roger smiled to himself as he put away the quill and closed his journal. He was rather looking forward to spending time with Janelle. She was bloody fit, and rather fun to be around, plus she hadn't even bothered him since they'd snogged at Mel's party, making her quite the unusual sort of girl. Just the sort he preferred. He could use some drinks out with a lovely lady to help him take his mind off of the ruddy situation he was in. As much as he had been looking forward to attaining his new position, Roger would have been just as happy to wait for one of the team members to leave the team, rather than be forced to leave due to his blood.

Granted, he had officially resigned but everyone knew better. It made the victory, he knew well that he did ear it besides, just that little bit less sweet. As he'd closed his journal, Roger went back to the book he's been reading until the time drew near. Following a shower, and quick choice of clothing, Roger walked out of his flat. It took only a moment or so before he disapparated shortly outside of his front door.

"Well it is good to know you can at least find more things you like," she definitely thought that was a good thing and a bit of a confidence booster. She leaned forward a bit in her seat and her finger was running over the tip of her glass.

"I am sure you can handle it," she chuckled as she lifted up her glass once more to drink what remained in the glass. "Yes I do have a new job and I the front desk witch at the Prophet." Not exactly a career but she had to admit she rather liked it.

	Roger watched Janelle as she leaned forward. She was absolutely lovely, and he was more than interested to see just a little more of her. "I'm sure you're right," he said with a smirk as he took another drink. He listened to Janelle for a moment, finding himself actually interested in her personal affairs. "How's that going then? Janelle watched Roger's lips as he spoke running her finger over the top of the empty glass. "I love it actually, much better than the tea house." Plus it was better employment actually because of who she associated with there, muggleborns were not around unless they did a good job lying. "It keeps me busy and now I don't touch food unless I am eating it." Janelle laughed a little one hand moving to rub the back off her neck and she let it move back to the table but her finger tips trailed down the bare skin of her neckline before finding the table.

"Touching food was a problem?" Roger asked, just a bit confused by Janelled words. He watched her fingers for a few momenta as he leaned back just a little to take another drink of his beer. "That's great though, that you're happy." Roger added with a smile as his eyes followed her fingers to her neck. As he watched her fingertips, Roger was already picturing his lips on her skin. Janelle was good.

"Well serving it was. I also hated prepping the food for other people." She shrugged her shoulders as she leaned back on the seat and her fingers running along the silver chain of her necklace. Her finger tips moving down over her skin again. "I am happy and that is the most important thing."

Janelle was tempted to remove her shoe and let her rub against his leg, but for the moment she would quite content just sitting and looking at Roger. "So I am sure you have lots of girls throwing themselves at you thanks to the promotion of position."

"Absolutely," Roger said with a smile as he looked over at Janelle. It was the truth, one should usually search for one's happiness. Even as she continued to speak, Roger found that he really could not avoid staring at her.

Roger laughed at the mention of other girls. It was true, of course, aside from Mel, Cho and Mandy, all of whom he was absolutely positive that were completely and totally blind. "I do," Roger admitted as he took another drink. "However, I find the ones who realised my brilliant before to be most appealing," Roger added with a wink. Actually, he'd very much enjoyed the increase in interest from birds. It was certainly a lovely job perk.
