Remus had received a very cryptic message from Arthur today; it was something about the Weasley family being subjected to Ministry inquiry, but Arthur had sounded so harried over the whole idea that the details weren't clear. Concerned, and knowing he wouldn't be able to shake the feeling until he knew exactly what had happened, he'd visited the Burrow, only to find no one there. He'd found the same at Shell Cottage, and by the time he reached Diagon, he was wondering if the entire family had been called in.
It was a sobering thought. He recalled his conversation with Fleur and Bill - their discussion of Snape, and how the Ministry likely knew the older Order member's identities. He could only hope that the Ministry had nothing on which to base charges, and that the Weasleys would be released soon. He walked down a strip of shops, noticing that more of them were boarded up, and that some of them had completely changed ownership. With a sigh, he stopped into the only brightly colored shop in the whole area: Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes.
He was greeted by a myriad of sounds and colors, but he was less interested in that and more interested in whether or not the twins were in. Spotting a girl in magenta robes, he approached her and gave her a faint smile. He recognized her; she'd been his student, at Hogwarts. He couldn't recall her name right away, however, though he thought she'd been a Slytherin. That was interesting, he thought, but knew better than to put a stigma on Slytherins, particularly since he'd been subjected to stereotypes, himself.
"Excuse me," he said, "I'm looking for Fred or George. Are they in?"
