[Who]: Shawn Hunter gettingnervous & Katy Hart pretendimfancy [What]: Date [When]: Sunday night [Where]: TBD [Status]: In progress- closed [Rating]: Low
Shawn had certainly been shocked when Katy had asked him out, especially since it had been in front of everyone. Like always when he had a big decision to make, his dad showed up. Of course Chet Hunter had been dead for almost 18 years, but that didn't keep him from haunting Shawn. Well, Shawn didn't know if his dad was haunting him, or it was some sort of psychosis that he saw his dad every time he got stressed. Only a handful of people knew about it, and he definitely didn't want Katy to know that yet. But he'd said yes to the date. Shortly after, they'd been brought to this weird place. She told him about the fact they had a daughter there, which was overwhelming enough and put the date off for a little bit. Still, Katy had contacted him recently, asking him about when they should do the date, and they decided on doing dinner on Sunday.
Sunday night came, and Shawn was just as nervous as ever. Even if he didn't show it. He hadn't really dated since Angela, and he wasn't as smooth with the ladies as he had been when he was a teenager. Katy had hated him when they first met, and now they were going on a date. He told her he'd pick her up, or well, walk over since neither of them had a car yet. Shawn finished getting ready and when he was as satisfied a she was going to get with his appearance, he went over to the address Katy gave him and knocked on the door. He felt like he probably should have brought flowers or something, but it seemed too cliche. He tried not to look too nervous as he waited for her to answer the door.
