[Never in the history of Stepford has there been a naturally occurring earthquake. There are no fault lines underneath them, it doesn't make sense. Someone did this and that someone has immense power. She glances over at her husband who is literally almost bursting with power these past few days. He was alone on a jog that morning by himself, she can't help but wonder if this was his doing. She heard glass shatter and some screams from the victims, but she's not sure what it means. She's not one to beat around the bush, but she's aware of the consequences of a false accusation of this magnitude on a marriage. [It's not unusual to work both of his jobs in the same day. After he finishes cleaning out Amanda's animal cages and feeding her carnivorous sheep, he heads to his night job to meet with a woman for the second time. Nancy is a high school maths teacher who likes to "teach him a lesson" because he's such a naughty naughty boy. He pretends it's hotter than it is. Nancy's old enough to be his Gran. He thought it was kind of cute when she and her friends from her knitting circle came to the club to catch his act. Now it's a little less so, but tonight she's his bread and butter and he's not complaining. After work he picks up his shiny -- basically good as new tablet and hits the network.]
