So it seems we have a lot of new people showing up here in town. For those who don't know me, I'm Oliver Queen, CEO of Queen Industries. If you're here and want to work, please feel free to come by and speak with me about job possibilities.
If you're here and need a place to stay, I own the tall building in the middle of town called Watchtower. There are apartments here, furnished and free for the displaced who need them.
My friend Lois tells me there's some growing interest in self-defense and martial arts classes. I teach both on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 6 - 8 at [location.]

[Chase picks up the tablet and compels the guard to let him out of the jail cell when the Sheriff leaves to respond to the dispatcher who reported that Nate Carson was thrown out of of the Carson and Guerra building. He takes the officer's gun and wallet as he leaves the building and takes off in super speed into the outskirts of town. He looks down at the tablet and notices that it's been recording the whole thing]
