[Sarah's actually glad to be out of the house right now. Malcolm and Miguel have been acting like complete jerks to poor Jimmy, making him scared and all. She knows they're not going to do anything, but Jimmy doesn't. He's like a scared puppy in a corner and those boys are relentless. They have enough to worry about between cannibals and demons and the creepy strangers who keep ringing at their bell with food in hand. Fucking creeps.
She grabs her knife, her boyfriend, and her girlfriend, then heads out. The street's so much quieter here than it was in Dark City. She likes it a little bit better, but it also reminds her of home in a bad way. This is the first time in a long time she's gone anywhere without Lisa or Mal, too, but they ought to be watching the baby and minding the house for cannibals anyhow.]
