Note: this is memories of things that happened, not a dream, so Dahlia would remember this the same way it's being shown.
Claudia's jolted out of sleep by a sound from down the hall. She's in her bedroom at home, much younger than she is in Stepford, about thirteen. She pulls her covers up a little higher, listening for a while, before she realizes it's someone moaning in pain, Dahlia, and she only hesitates for a second before scrambling out of bed and starting down the hallway towards her sister's room.
“Dahlia?” she whispers, hovering in the doorway. “Do you need more medicine? I can get Mom or--” she cuts off when Dahlia doesn't seem responsive, just making more pained noises and stirring slightly in bed. She edges further into the room and the shot picks up Dahlia for the first time, looking like she's pretty much on death's door. Claudia hesitates for a second, then climbs onto her sister's bed, curling up at the foot of it like a puppy. “Please don't die,” she whispers.

Dahlia's sitting up in bed, looking healthier, and Claudia comes into the room with a cooler.
“I got you another one. Since you seemed like you were kind of...” she trails off and then hefts it onto the bed. “Gabby's distracting our moms.”
Dahlia reaches out for the cooler, opens it, and pulls out a human brain. Which she proceeds to eat with her bare hands while Claudia watches, face almost fierce in how blank she keeps it. When Dahlia is done she hands her a napkin, then takes it back and sticks it in the cooler.
“I'll go hide this again,” she says and turns to leave, stopping when Dahlia calls after her,
“Claudia? Do I...does it scare you?”
“No,” Claudia answers without hesitating, but she doesn't turn around, so Dahlia can't see her flinch, just a little.
