Caleb waved away Adrian's rambling, not finding it to be all that big a deal. "It doesn't matter," he said, a laugh in his blue eyes. "I still stand by that I'd rather not get surrounded by anyone."
Nodding his head, Caleb gave Adrian an understanding nod. "There's a lot to learn, so don't get frustrated when something new pops up." Caleb weighed the question for a moment, then nodded. "Long enough that it feels like I've always known. My mother was one."
