"Caleb," he answered, figuring three out of five letters was better than nothing. He offer Adrian a friendly smile. Eyes followed the fairie's movements, amused by his gestures. The Standards were always so quick to think it involved their junk. "Yes, the wings. Wouldn't be fair during track," Caleb said, hoping to stop the rush of embarrassment before...the smirk grew into a grin as he saw the tint to Adrian's cheeks.
"I needed to get away from the school for a bit. I'm much better in open spaces." Caleb picked up his whittling stick and looked at it. It wasn't anything more than a shaved point, but he wondered what he could do with that. Eyes met Adrian's. "Keeping myself busy," was more of a direct answer.
