Leon's grip returned to Teddy's arm when he looked at him for help, and he almost pulled him away. Even if the flying horse hadn't bitten Teddy, it wasn't some tamed beast they could trust. And if Teddy was uncomfortable, then so was Leon. He didn't want the younger boy to be afraid.
Nothing happened, though, and Leon almost laughed. "He just seems kind of playful. It's okay." He said more for himself than for Teddy, and slowly released the witch's arm. "That's okay, I'm good." He held a hand up to decline feeding the pegasus, certain that if he did, the animal would not react kindly. Teddy was the pure one here, he thought. Leon was the killer. Though he couldn't help but notice that the spirits of the men he'd killed were keeping a fair distance from the white creature with wings. They were there, though. Always watching.
Shaking off a shiver, Leon settled for petting the horse and finding a spot to rub on its back that he seemed to like.
"So, you gonna ride him?" He asked Teddy with a grin.
