What eyes those were. The blue of Thierry's stared right back into them, and he waited for Barclay to say something now. Anything. He asked questions and while Barclay assured him he did nothing wrong, he didn't want to leave Barclay's side but also didn't want to make this wrong for Barclay. Thierry felt Barclay's touch and then the instant reaction. Thierry wasn't an expert in body language, but he could pick up more and more now that Barclay seemed shy. Pretty strange for Barclay, it seemed, since the druid always seemed ready to challenge everyone in intelligent conversation.
"It wakes me up," Thierry replied with ease, "Some people use an alarm but a swim in 'de lake, wakes me right up. Also takes care of some other 'tings." He took another step closer, keeping eye contact.
"Weres can definitely handle 'de cold better 'den humans or witches," he continued, "Not as good as a vampire tho'. But you never answered my question, Barclay. You okay with me walkin' with you?"
