Iconning for the masses.

Ru Paul Charles, known better as RuPaul. My childhood drag queen. Ms. "You can call me he. You can call me she. You can call me Regis and Kathie Lee; I don't care!" herself. I just love this interview, where she really gets into his philosophy, about everything really. Also, I recommend "But I'm A Cheerleader". He does a great job, and that movie is just filled with awesome.

Not a lot of icons, as it was hard to find images of a decent quality. In fact, I'm unsure about some of these icons for that very reason. But until such time as I can get my hands on either decent pics, or videos that I can screencap, this is what I can come up with. :P (Well technically, the day I uploaded these icons onto imageshack, I found another website to plunder, however, it's one of those where I'll have to do it image by image. I delayed this set for a while to add those, but honestly, I'm impatient. And I'm already planning on doing another set anyhow.) If you're aware of something I can hunt down, feel free to drop a comment here. I'll be sure to credit you for pointing me that way in any resulting sets.

Do you remember Sevendust? I do. I was a huge fan back during their heyday. It's kind of sad how much they're not on the map anymore. Here's Lajon, the lead singer at varying points in his IMO underrated career. I really do icon a lot of musicians... *coughs* Oh well.

Apparently it's hard as hell to find decent pictures of him. Which pisses me off. Mainly because if he was shifted about 10 years into the future, I'd have all the pics I needed. I'm kind of considering getting some Sevendust dvds so I can screencap them. There are a couple of repeat-ish icons. Sorry about that.

More icons of Shagrath from Dimmu Borgir. He's kind of adorable. Maybe it's because from what I can tell, the woman he is taking nsfw promotional photos with is apparently his fiance. Or maybe it's the sombrero. Or the look of semi-wonder in the Reign of Fire promo pics, as he's blasting fire from his hands. Any way you slice it, adorable. Or I could be crazy.

Do you not have enough heresy in your icons? Well look no further, Shagrath of Dimmu Borgir will happily assist you in all your blaspheming needs. Actually I've only heard a little from the band. Not that I dislike them, but I never hit that point where I must somehow get as much of their music as possible, and it's not like they have heavy radio play. Not that I listen to the radio all that much.

I gave him a closer look when I was hunting for a Nathan Explosion pb. If it weren't for his damn goatee, I think he wouldn't be all that bad a choice. Probably because of the dark hair and light eyes. I also like the fact that even in the promotional shoots, he's got a sense of humor. I tried to catch that in some of the icons, but I don't know how successful I was. There are a lot of concert photos in here, so an obvious choice for usage would be for someone in a band. Another choice, would be some kind of supernatural whatchamacallit. Demon? Vampire? Lake troll? ;) Whatever.

Josh Groban. Part Deux. The first icon set can be found here. Still adorable. Still innocent looking. Still reminds me of the actor for Neville Longbottom.

I wanted to see if I could get some more close shots of his face in this set. With mixed results. But, here they are. :)
