Peg took Steve's offered hands and hauled herself and her bump off the seat, following Bruce eagerly to the consult room. She considered herself an old hand at this by now but every time they had a scan, it was still amazing.
Bruce pulled up the bed for her, expecting one of the guys to give her a hand if needed. "Well we're into the third trimester now, not long until the big day," he muttered as he prepared the machines. "We're looking for the growth changes today, making sure the cord isn't around the neck and how the little guy's heart sounds. You had some troubles with Mouse before so we're just keeping a closer eye."
"God, yes, she was a nightmare at times," Peggy said, handing her bag over to one of the boys. "I'd rather not be on bed rest again."
"And I'd rather not put you on bed rest, so we'll just make sure that's not going to happen any time soon.." Bruce chuckled.
