It hadn't been easy getting up the steps to the space that they'd shared before his accident. But he'd managed it. Things had been eating at him since the hospital and he was pretty sure that he couldn't let them sit and stew. They weren't going to go away.

He'd had thought he could count on TJ to have his back, no matter what. But that didn't feel like it was the case. And he was beginning to think he didn't know the man he'd married at all.

Tim sat on the couch of their little livingroom, toying with his crutches.
