"A PI might actually be helpful in a place like this," she muttered mostly to herself, opening up the pie box he had set down on the table. Sook had become a little bit of a snob about pies and baking in general, but she could tell he was good right away.
She scrutinised the crust and knew it was homemade; she could already smell the orange in the filling and how it glistened just the right amount. "This looks pretty good. I'll grab us a couple of plates..." she said, getting up from the table and grabbing the necessary equipment.
