Finding front, standing close to look down at Sookie, Rhysand gave a wickedly cool smile. There was a shake of his head, just once, almost lazy if not pompous. He did not answer her question. He did not address her vertigo. All he did was stand there until he spoke, letting those seconds between her words and his lead for suspense.
"Then I would not call yourself alone."
There was a raise of his brow, a tilt of his chin as if to tell her to go, then he stepped back himself and put his back to Sookie to truly take his leave. Rhysand didn't look back, nor did he speak or even reach out to hear her thoughts. If she tried to find his own she would find nothing, as if he didn't exist at all.
