Cuddy had left the children with Giles and gone out for a run. She slowed to a jog when she saw a fire in the park and then stopped completely as she took in the tent, the horse and the man. Was he actually living in the park? She didn't like the idea of someone taking up residence in the same space where her daughter played, especially if he was a stranger and there was free housing available. It made her miss Princeton where being the Dean of medicine had given her influence in the community, even beyond her hospital. She may not have the authority here to tell him to move, but she could at least talk to him and get a better idea of what was happening.
