"God, no," she said dryly. If there was one thing she was not, it was dumb. If her temper did not get in the way, carefulness guided her words and steps. Maybe she should even be careful with what she said to Peggy but the way the other woman had handled her own run in with the God of Mischief made her trust her. "I think he's changing too. Another thing I'm definitely not going to point out to him. I hope he never quite figures out how much sentiment is currently getting to him." It sounded conceited to her own ears to claim to have such a high influence on someone so old. But what else could it be? He was considering spending voluntary time in his brother's and Sif's company. He would have never done such a thing without it being beneficial.
"No," she shook her head. "Thor gave me a spear for my birthday. It's actually a spear, a bo stick and a halberd all in once. He's been training me ever since with it. Started with the stick and have now finished most of the spear training. We are doing swords next before we start with the halberd." She aimed again. Letting her breath go steady and pulled the trigger. Three bullets hit the target. One an inch from its destination, one a little closer and the other almost vanishing in the hole. All right but not fantastic.
