Katherine took a break from staring at the landscape to chuckle at her uncle. She wasn't sure about glorious and this definitely wasn't a return for her but he was being so very typically himself. His predictability was lovable... and very useful at times. "Advantage? Are you planning on conquering it?" she laughed softly. "Or just stealing all the mead?" She hoped they could at least get some of the ale and mead back to the island.

Her eyes left her uncle's figure and continued to stray over her family's home. It was beautiful. Maybe it was just her but the air felt fresher and the colours looked more vivid. The city in the distance was full of life - not the dead empty place that the island was.
