He didn't want to get a kiss from a girl. Especially not from Beccie Smith. He kept his phone in his pocket, like he promised he would. He didn't want to get lost and the house was a really big place, but he wanted to look around. So while he thought about what the other Bucky said, he wandered around, looking at different rooms.

He did like the big house. There weren't so many kids around that it was noisy, but there were two kids not much younger than him that he could play with. They were playing by themselves right now and he didn't feel much like playing. He just kept walking down the halls and looking into rooms that weren't locked. Sisters always said if a room was locked, little kids shouldn't go in there.
