Juliet dithered over what to wear to lunch, or rather what not to wear. She'd kept wearing bikini tops in public since her transformation but the longer she'd been in this form the less desire she'd felt to keep up the practice, at least out in the water. The mers on the water world had seemed equally at home with tops as they were with no clothing at all, and aside from rare occasions she'd hardly ever seen Micha clothed in her mer form. Cristiano didn't even have a belt to carry anything, naked but for his necklace.
If she was going to be a mermaid then she was going to be a mermaid. Juliet nodded firmly to herself and picked up the necklace of shells and corals she'd gotten a few weeks ago on the other side of the door. She slipped it over her head and settled it around her neck, letting the pendant come to rest between her breasts. With that and the woven belt around her waist carrying her phone and a small knife she looked every bit like a creature of the sea than some human woman playing make believe.
Satisfied at her appearance she swam through the portal leading from the Jedi temple out to the open ocean, where she'd agreed to meet up with Kytana to go out and find Cristiano.
