Katherine chuckled at his question. "I'm pretty sure he does. He might be watching. He does that. All I know for sure is that if he would believe me in grave danger and unable to handle it, he would show up and do it himself. He's quite the protective sort," she said with a smile, shifting her head into an upright and proud position.
She cocked her head to the side as she watched him carefully. It was one of these rare moments where he escaped from the gentleman figure he usually seemed to be.
