Stevie was at the same point as Bucky. Not that he was sad, but he definitely missed when things were quiet, and that eternal hum of the island's doing wasn't there. He wasn't sure if he'd blocked out the shooting, and the noises from outside, or if the cottage did it. So he didn't miss with the young version of his Dad walked in the room.
A little smile touched his lips when Bucky crawled up beside him, without even thinking about it he raised his arm so the boy could cuddle close. He had been subconsciously flicking through the channels. Trying to get his brain to just shut off so he could get some sleep. "I don't know, I haven't really been paying attention." He offered the remote to Bucky. "I'm sure there are somewhere."
