Scene - Abigail and Sookie get to Hannibal's basement with the help of Katherine and Loki
"Just for a few more moments, father," she said, not looking at him. Her eyes were fixed on Hannibal, head slightly cocked to the side, eyeing him like a cat eyed a toy ball. She crossed her arms in front of her chest. "Now, Dr. Lecter, you are too intelligent to believe that to be true." If this house had had any protection beyond its doors and walls, she wouldn't have been able to walk right into it when she had transported the raptors here. "I can crush your little head in a second and even I don't think I am safe here. You do not know what is out there."
She appeared next to him, careful to come to close to Sookie or anything that would come into contact with her. She raised to her tiptoes to whisper into his ear, hoping that Abigail wouldn't hear. "I just think that you have different priorities." With that she changed position once again, reappearing where she stood. She cocked up an eyebrow. "You might want to rethink those, just this once. Abigail's and Sookie's safety are in your hands. They are your responsibility." She doubted she could bring Abigail to leave against Hannibal's wish. The girl seemed far too dependent on the man's feelings towards her.
She turned her head to her father. "I am ready to leave." The thought of leaving Abigail here was an unpleasant one but she did not want to interrupt the doctor's work any longer. Sookie needed help. Lecter needed to concentrate. She could talk to Abigail later.
