Juliet sat underneath one of the large oak trees, the leaves just starting to bloom out in brilliant green under a clear blue sky. It was a warm day, and she was enjoying being out in the sun in just t-shirt, shorts, and sandals. Her guitar was on her lap and a notebook and pen sat next to her ready for inspiration to strike.
It wasn't making itself heard easily today. Sometimes it flowed effortlessly from her fingers to the guitar strings and written on the page, and sometimes she had to fight for every note. Today was the later, and she frowned as she tried a few notes together in a search for the right rhythm.
