Lydia wasn't sure how she felt about seeing Eddie again, other than nervous. He was really nice. Like really nice. He said the Banshee thing didn't bother him, but he'd never seen her trance out for no apparent reason or hear her scream. Malia kept trying to convince her it would be fine. Lydia, with her track record, wasn't so sure.
Still, Eddie wanted to see her, and had volunteered to help her rearrange furniture. She couldn't do it on her own so she could definitely use the help. Maybe the wine she asked him to bring would help.
"It's open!" she called out when she heard the knock. She was standing on an upper rung of a ladder, trying to hang a string of lights with those pretty paper orbs around them. If she let go they'd all fall down again.
Since she was working around the house she was in a pair of shorts that were just this much shy of a pair of daisy dukes and a tight tank top. Her hair was pulled back into an unruly ponytail.
