Even though Rob's body was very obviously not his own, Obi-Wan still went through some of his usual morning routines. For example, meditation was nowhere near as relaxing, as he found himself becoming frustrated with the lack of connection from the Force, and so he had cut down on that. Not only that, but his katas had to be slowed down significantly, which he wouldn't have minded all that much if he'd managed to keep his muscle memory. Alas, he had not. Rob was far from out of shape, but the man's body was simply unused to the types of exertion Obi-Wan was trying to put it through. Plus, his Force-blindness meant that he dared not use his lightsaber during them at all.
Obi-Wan had settled for running along the beach most mornings after a short dawn meditation. Yes, it felt like he was just running through the motions, but it did help clear his mind, up to a point. Once he'd reached the point of frustration at being unable to release his feelings into the Force, he'd get to his feet and start running until he felt like he needed to come back, and then he would cool down by walking back into town.
He was just coming back to the path down onto the beach, passing by the little house on the beach that he ran past every day, when he noticed someone outside it. Slowing down to a walk, he waved at the lady as she looked up. "Hello there!"
