Juliet couldn't help herself from following along, even if part of her was saying this was a really bad idea and she should just head back to the apartment. But instead she'd followed him off the street and over to where his weights were, and plopped down on the top of a picnic table to watch him work out.
Feeling a bit warm she went ahead and slipped out of the hoodie, tying the arms around her waist.
Okay, now that she wasn't quite so obviously panting after him she could see there might be some interest after all. That was good.
No! That was bad! Very bad! He was taken!
But Jane hadn't been here in a while...and might not show up again.
"I do bake." She nodded, smiling and leaning just a bit forward as she watched him curl the metal up and down...up and down. "I learned at Sookie Stackhouse's knee, in and out of her shop all the time growing up. I can put out a good feast." Hint back.
"It must be tough waiting to see when Jane will come back." Probe. She was not going to just steal someone else's boyfriend without making sure he was still off the market as best she could. If there was even anything going to happen.
