"I'm okay." he murmured in to the phone. It was eerie to see his home shrouded and hidden but he'd do this for them. He started to push the cart and though Doggy tried to pull and run and get away, he was able to steer it toward the road. "On the road now." He updated, twitching his head to one side or the other every few moments as he heard the voices or saw shadows creeping the edge of his vision. "You can hardly see a thing, it's creepy. We might want to wait until the kids are asleep to take them."
