Jason was out for his daily run and purposely trying to avoid the fog. He had been through enough seeing his late mother through one of the doors. He didn't want to risk hearing some distorted whisper of her voice in the fog. He'd heard the beach wasn't as bad as the forest and other places, so he headed in that direction. The call for help had him raising his eyebrows - was it real or was it another one of the island's tricks. He decided to take a look and then mentally cursed himself for hesitating even a second, when he saw the tied up woman. He ran over and knelt by her. "Hi. I'm Jason." She looked like she'd been through something terrible and didn't want to traumatize her further, so he kept his voice calm. "I'm gonna untie you, okay? Tell me if it makes anything hurt worse or if you need me to stop." He said as he began to work on the knots.
