Clint gave her a soft smile and kissed her temple. He really did try hard, to keep his family as safe and as happy as they could be here, more often than not doing his best to do it all without them noticing. He wanted them safe but didn't want them to know how scared he really was that he could lose them too. "Means a lot to hear that." he whispered against her skin.
He nodded, stretching to reach the table next to the bed without disturbing the little one on his chest and handed her the pump, which had one bottle attached already. "Should probably just let someone else join in at the source once you have the one bottle. But there's more if you wanna keep going when they're done." he offered, giving her a little smile. He could never get over the way she seemed to understand him more than even he did.
Clint chuckled softly, "Think he'd hate us if we called her Mitchie?"
