If you get upset, your blood pressure spikes, you may get worse headaches and it will slow your recovery." She took some paper towels from a cabinet in the room and cleaned the water. "I'll send someone in with a lidded plastic cup and a straw. It'll be easier for you to use and for us to keep track of your water intake." She glanced over at Anastasia. "You've both been through a great deal. It's normal to be emotional. Would either of you consider talking to a therapist if one could come to the hospital?
