Peggy leant into Steve a little, seeking warmth before stepping back. She bent down and picked up Bucky Bear from the floor, eyes staring up at Howard. "I don't really understand how it's possible but the baby is all Steve. Same DNA code, the same make up. The same genetic person...." she smiled a little sadly, just a bare tinge at the corner of her eyes. Yes, she was a little sad that there wasn't an ounce of her in her own son (or the baby she was raising as her son) but that didn't mean her love didn't burn as bright. "But as for how the serum will affect his growth, we have no idea. Steve got it as an adult, but Stevie still has growing to do. Goodness knows what will happen to him. He'll probably eat my cupboards bare, for a start." she chuckled.
She wished that perhaps Stevie wouldn't be in pain when he got to the growth spurts. "Is there any way of mapping how he'll grow?"
