"Ah, I'm sorry for being such a terrible grump. I don't know why I get in such moods. This place is... stifling, sometimes," he admitted. "But I'll get it together. For both of you," he insisted.
"Look. Fast asleep, now," he told her, looking down at his sleepy little girl. "I'll put her down again," he said, leaning in to give Rhonda's cheek a kiss, before he left to put the baby back to sleep.
