Sophia bit her cheek so that she wouldn't giggle. "No it wasn't bad for a first try. You've never done it before." Instead of going after the fallen arrow she handed him another one. "Try again and this time pull you the string a little tighter. Right up against your ear. And try sighting down your arm, instead of the arrow for now. Once you get shooting down, then we can worry about your aim."
She hoped she was being helpful. She wasn't exactly sure how to make sure someone shot it off farther than he had. She had just known how to do it.
