The Hunter and the Hunted
As he made his way through the valley, it suddenly dawned on him that it wasn't nearly as dark as it should have been. The light wasn't that of a fire, it was too spread out to be coming from one main point, and it was clearly nothing man-made or artificial.
Following the light, he eventually found himself at the edge of a small grove, and what he saw in front of him was pretty much breath-taking. There were plants from home everywhere; he had taken a few steps forward before he even realized what he was doing, trying to look at all of the plants at once.
