Well, things had turned out better than expected and yet quite bizarre. Nike was not so sure how he liked being a human, but that was something he would have to give time and adjust to seeing as he would have to stay this way for at least a few days. A part of him hoped nothing would go sour on the trip to Maryanne's home, but a tiny part of him wanted to have adventure and fight something. Humans, however, did not fight like centaur. Humans had moved well beyond that combative stage in their evolution and were up to bigger and better things like guns--which terrified Nikephoros to the point he would actually hide.

Now, however, he was standing at Hope's door wearing a tiny women's jacket that he had borrowed from Melinda. She had given it to him stating not everyone liked to be naked, or to see others naked. This, however, was a normal appearance. Nudity was nothing to a centaur. Frankly put, his thing hung out all the time and no one cared. Why was this different?

Humans were modest. And weird.

Nike knocked at the door. "Hope? It is Nikephoros. I have brought you a surprise!" That was putting it lightly.
