House rested almost all his weight onto the 'canesaber', expecting it to buckle beneath him but it did no such thing. He looked back at her, meeting her eyes. He stepped forward and leaned back against the wall, now beside her. "You've got a chance to raise a kid and to teach her to do good. One more good soul in the world." House waved the canesaber and heard the noises. He grinned then looked at her and it faded as House came back to the seriousness of the conversation. "You'll be a good mom.."
