Howard's eyes darted from the screen to Tony and back, avoiding looking at Tony when he spoke. "Uh, yeah, you could say that." His voice caught, and he cleared his throat before continuing.
"He and I were buddies, flew a few secret sorties together. Used to paint the town red with him when we had a successful mission." He stared at the screen for a long moment, as thought lost in thought. Just as quickly he stepped back and again cleared his throat, turning to face Tony again.
"So, you say I'm a grandfather, so unless you have a sibling I am equally unaware of, you've got yourself a pretty young filly and settled down?"
